Complaint[redacted] is not fulfilling the service part of the contract that was agreed to. He agreed to a 2 year commitment after install for both heat & air.I entered into a contract with [redacted]. He agreed to service both heating and air for 2 years after install (2 visits per year). The fee would be a flat fee of $150.00 for each service. I paid $3650 for the install on 8/20/12 (CK#[redacted]). On 10/11/12 I paid $200 for a service call (CK#[redacted]) that included a $50 fee for the humidifier. On 5/7/13 I paid $150.00 for a service call (CK#[redacted]). On October 7th, I tried to make an appt for a service call. On 10/11 the response I receive is "you can run the heat." On 10/15 and 10/20 I try again to make an appt. Response on 10/11 is "you can run the heat." And, "Not till next week will know exactly what day Friday." I reach out again on 10/29 and 11/3 - no response. On 11/4 I send a text stating that I will file a complaint and voila the phone rings a couple of minutes later. He can't get to me for a really long time. He has a customer in Boston 4 days per week. I say there are 3 other days left in the week. His response, "I have customers that I need to service on those days." This is the response I receive 28 days later. Desired SettlementI would like [redacted] to pay the difference between what I must pay for a contractor in my area for the next two service calls that is over $150.00. Will provide copies of bills to [redacted].
