I wanted to thank K & M rentals for the overall great service they provided to me and my wife while we visited the Disney Parks for a week. This was starting from their informative sight, customer service when checking on renting a four wheel scooter, and fast response on my questions about the rental.
Their location is close to the parks, they have an abundance of scooters for different needs, the staff was extremely professional, the paperwork & processing was non troublesome, they help on getting what you what you really need based on your activities, and they demonstrated all areas of the scooter operations personally.
So far as the Mobility Scooter it performed flawlessly covering all parks, was easy to transport based on its ability to come apart, and its price is well below Disney rental's cost.
We have rented Disney Scooters, & K & M's scooter was faster, like new condition, and more maneuverable. K & M rental allowed us to visit parks thoroughly which not be the case without their scooter.
Quick 4 day trip to Orlando do with the grandchildren. Required a scooter for my husband who is disabled. A Go-Go Sport was delivered to our hotel prior to our arrival and was waiting at the bell-stand. K&M actually called me that day to confirm that delivery had already taken place which was very unexpected and. reassuring for me.
We used K&M rentals while visiting Walt Disney World in February 2017. They delivered the scooter on time and as promised. The driver was very nice and helpful. Upon leaving I found out that through my own fault I had asked for the wrong pickup date. I called the company and they were very helpful in getting the issued resolved and the scooter picked up. Very nice customer service employees.
I use K & M all of the time and they are exceptionally wonderful and I always have the best scooters. This place is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.
