Given I more than paid for the kit, it should be mine in entirety and not used by the proprietor to pad his inventory. He told me he would send the remaining two parts to me by mail. He should keep his promise if he has business integrity. The mailing fee is under $5 so it is a very small price for him to pay to keep his end of the bargain. Do the right thing, Mr. [redacted]
