The clients hired OIC TAX in need of services because they accquired new debt for their taxes and defaulted on their payment planThe [redacted] demaded payment in full due to Mr [redacted] being a federal employeeWhat clients choose to hear on advertisement, we cannot controlAll clients are reveiwed for every opstion available from the ***Yes, we are aware of Mrs*** [redacted] is gonig through medical issuesHowever, the [redacted] does not look at thatThe [redacted] looks at the client's ability or inablity to pay their share of the tax debt which is owedThe client chose to fit herself into a program which she did not qualify forThe hardship is based on inablity to pay a monthly paymentThis was explained during the time cliient called our officeShe was in a panic the [redacted] wants full debt paid in a lump sum We stopped collections for clientsMr [redacted] is a federal employee and stopping collections saved them not only having to pay their debt in full but as well embarrasment from having been levied or garnishedClient had hired our office with the uderstanding of a better payment plan or hardship based on their financials we would determine thisBased on their financials, they had the ability to pay the [redacted] on a monthly basis and showed no hardship due to their income to expenses ratioWe cannot alter the numbers for the ***We represent our clients with the highest integrity and in complance with [redacted] rules and regulationsI am sorry if we were unable to show you have no money left over because in reality you doWe got the cilent into the lowest payment plan as possible even though they had more than the $left over on a monthly basis which the [redacted] would and could have demanded from them We went as far as looking into getting penalites abatedThis was not possible since cient had previously had penalties forgivenWe have done our job in accordance to [redacted] rules and regulationsWe do not falsify in our advertising nor do we mislead our clientsWe have large number of happy clients who understand it is all based on each indiviauls finanicial situationIf clients income changes, they are welcome to call us back and we will happily look if the case qualifies for a hardship during that timeThe client is aware this is their debt and they are responslibel for repayment to the ***We have records to prove our work as client is unhappy she had to pay for the servicesIf it weren't for our services, their situation would have been worst Mrs [redacted] is welcome to contact us in the future should her financial position change so we can look into other options for themUnfortunately based on the work performed, the cilent is not a candidate for a refundIt would be unfair for the staff who has helped protect themOur office contacted client in December and explained their postion to Mr [redacted] ***He understood and had no issues with what was explained to himThey were informed of when payments are due and the amountMrsrefuses to understand that this is based on their financial abilityWe cannot falsify informtion to the ***Mrsstated she received the [redacted] letter but has not had the time to read itThe letter was sent out in DecemberIn addition, Mrwas contacted and informed of what has taken place on case It is not uncommon for clients to choose to hear or believe what they wish and then companies have to pay the price by being distorted when all I sdone legally and within compliance with the [redacted] rulesThe demand for refund is without merit and Mrsis upset that her finanical abilty does not show a hardshipAs stated, if things change, client is welcome to call us back and we will be happy to review the case again for hardship without additional chargesWe woudl be happy to offer them a free tax preparation of their taxes as a courtesy or refund ONE single payment because our goal is to have satisfied clientsShe is welcome to let us know which option she prefers Respectfully Oic Tax

Mr*** has received both his window and door hardware to dateThe window had came in once and was a double hung instead of a casement and had to re-orderedThe door they ordered did not come with matching hardware it was extra and had to
be ordered at my cost and has been provided as wellAs mentioned above I cannot control the time on which a product takes to come in when special ordered, as stated they paid *** direct so they knew when they were ordered
When I was contracted to complete the project Mr*** was handling the Permits and had a separate contractor to complete the masonry workBoth of which were not completed/and in place/ ready for me to start until almost DecemberMr*** requested I remove the window he mentions to repair damaged wood underneath and waterproof the wall for the masons which I completed when askedThe length of time it took for his special order doors and windows is out of my controlMyself and Mr*** didn't even place the order for the doors and windows until the end of NovemberI met with Mrand Mrs*** and scheduled work to begin around the end of DecemberUnfortunately around this time I had an accident on the job and suffered an Eye Injury requiring multiple surgeries and me being off work for over a month and 1/and losing some of my vision, at which point I told them I would still complete the project unfortunately after some time it was evident I was unable to do so in a timely manner and they looked for another contractorI do owe Mrand Mrs*** a refund of $and will return there moneyThe dates on the original complaint and the details on how things transpired are not accurate and portray things much worse than they wereI agreed I have not handled the situation properly up to this point but Myself and Ken Mills Construction will make good on our obligationI Previously completed a Large up scale kitchen for Mrand Mrs*** with no problems that they are very happy with and its unfortunate the way this transpired
