Subject: Re: Meeting Date.. Hi ***Thanks for getting back to me.It will be $5000 for myself and the 2nd shooter.Besides the hours between 6pm-12am (assuming your ceremony starts at 6pm), I would like to use other two hours for documenting your getting ready moments and/or any moments occurring before the ceremony starts. Please let me know what you think!Have a wonderful day!Best,Ken PakKEN PAK PHOTOGRAPHYwww.kenpak.comRING | DC VA MD DESTINATIONS | Top 10 *** Photographer of 2016*** WRITE *** On Wed, Jan 3, 2018 at 1:27 PM, *** <***@***.com> wrote:Ken,Thank you for answering our questions. Hi *** and ***,Happy New Year!Thank you so much for getting back to me with some details of the wedding day & subsequent photography needs.Below, please find my response to your questions & notes. Our budget is $4K for photography. As we mentioned, we don't need an engagement shoot. I would love to make myself available for 7-8 hours at the price of $4500, and I can bring my 2nd shooter for the additional cost of $500.Here are a few more questions that we had for you:What do you mean by weekend and week day rate? For the difference in the rates I consider Saturday & Sunday as the weekend. The weekday means Mon-Fri.Our wedding is from 6 pm - midnite. Will you take a break to eat? If so how long? When? If you can provide me a hot meal for dinner, that will be wonderful and also required. I don't necessarily take a break for dinner more than 10-15 minutes. I would like to eat before the dinner gets served to the guest, so I don't miss out any important part of the reception or when you are visiting each table. Is it possible to just get a second shooter for the time where we are getting dressed? Or do we have to have the second shooter for the entire time? We would like details of the day captured and remember your comment about not always focusing on that. Would you be able to incorporate that into what you capture? Or would you advise we get a second shooter to make sure we get the detail shots we want? I would like to have my 2nd shooter for the entire coverage hours. I don't break down the hours for the 2nd shooter as we always work as a team for the entire day. Of course, we can play as a tag team to capture not only the moments, but most of the details that are also part of your wedding celebrations and memories. Thanks for reading my response, and please let me know what you think!Best,Ken PakKEN PAK PHOTOGRAPHYwww.kenpak.comRING | DC VA MD DESTINATIONS | Top 10 *** Photographer of 2016*** WRITE *** THE *** On Tue, Jan 2, 2018 at 10:04 AM, *** <***@***.com> wrote:Ken,Happy New Year, we wanted to reach back to see if you received our email.
