Just completed a big driveway job at our home with Ken Randolph & other of his efficient workersHe works hard & well w/ all his workers from start to finish & really earns respect for every penny he truly deserves & paidHe is reasonably negotiable, courteous & fulfilled what he proposedMy wife & I highly recommends him to anyone who would need his services!

November 19, 2015Dear *** ***:We have received the copy of the consumer complaint filed by *** ** *** (***).Many attempts have been made to rectify the issues specifiedMany times have viewed and checked the work and cannot find any issues with the work.Regarding the curb and
edge issues, and the street twith the driveway, as you will note in the Complaint, there are no exhibits that show any deficient work.In reference to the exposed large aggregate in the top wear course, the industry standard of 1/2" stone was usedThere was no request by *** *** to use any smaller stone until after the work was completed and he voiced his displeasure.I have offered to seal coat the driveway at half priceThat was not satisfactory to *** *** I will continue to honor the offer of seal coating the driveway at half price.If the work was sub-standard would gladly fix any issuesHowever, upon many visits, cannot see any substandard workI regret that it has come to this but am unable to fix issues that are not there.I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.Sincerely,Kenneth *Randolph

Our sealer is bought from [redacted] in Harrisburg. We use sand and [redacted] additives to our mix. We will also hot pour the driveway with AC20 and fix the small repair on the west end of the driveway by the curb. Cost: $157.00.
