Ken Sampsell

Review: The final payment was given to Ken on 5/23/2012 for replacing a roof and installing gutter guards. The roof has leaked by the front part of chimney on the garage roof since it was installed. We are also having trouble with the 2nd story gutter over flowing in the front. The wood under the roof where the water is over flowing is showing signs of damage. I also have concerns that roof is leaking around a radon system installed on the back part of the garage roof.We have contacted Ken numerous times and the issue has not been resolved. Ken told my wife or I that he would come on 4/20/2013,8/10/2013,8/16/2013,8/24/2013 and 9/21/2013. My wife or I waited around and Ken never showed up. On three of these occasions he was contacted on these dates when he was not showing up and he stated that when he was done with what he was doing he would be over. Still he never showed up.I would like to have my roof fixed. The picture I included shows a slight leak but it was much worse on 10/7/13 but I did not take a picture.Desired Settlement: I would like my roof fixed so it doesn't leak and I don't have worry about it for years to come or have Ken pay for someone else to fix it.
