Failure to abide by terms of agreement.Collected money from me ($3000) for plumbing top off on Sept. 5, 2014 in addition to $750 on Oct. 17th, 2014 to purchase parts to complete top off. Was given another $600 on Nov. 1st to purchase parts for top off. He did not purchase the parts as promised. In addition, I purchased parts myself totaling $750 in hopes of moving on with completion.He is working other jobs and has yet to finish top off. Multiple excuses including health issues, no funds to buy gas to get to jobsite, etc. Repairs have to be made to our floors because of inaccurate measurements at rough in. The concrete had to be jack hammered and the pipes relocated in 3 locations. We had planned to have stained concrete floors.I might add this has been going on since the job was started Aug. 26, 2014.Desired SettlementRefund for overpayment.Refund money for water heater that was supposed to be supplied per agreement.Pay for repairs to concrete floors.Business Response The customer has every right to be upset with my company. Everything she has stated is true. My business partner had surgery and was off work way longer than expected and kept me running in all directions with nothing getting done like it should. I had to let some people go which didn't help things. However these things is not the customers fault they are my responsibility. I want to do what's right. Within 60 days I will refund $1500 towards the topout,$400 for the water heater and money for fixing the floor. I apologize for the delay in replying to this. I do want to do what is right and have thought about it a lot. [redacted]
