I have a Whirlpool appliance that is still under warranty and Ken's is the local authorized repair shop as designated by WhirlpoolI set up a date and time thru Whirlpool and even got confirmation email for Whirlpool for 9/22/from 8AM to 12PMOn the evening of the 21st at 6:04PM I got a VM confirming an appointment from 1PM to 3PMI called the next morning and spoke with a lady and told her that my appointment time was incorrect and should be - not - She quickly let me know that she does not handle scheduling and I asked to speak to who does and she said they were unavailableI asked why I was given an email confirmation for Whirlpool and she stated that Whirlpool does not dictate there schedulingSo I told her I am only available from 8AM to 12PM during the weekShe said she would pass that alongSo I get another VM on the 24th for an appointment for the 25th from to 1PMI again called the office and again spoke to the same lady and asked again why was an appt set up for after 12PMShe could not answer that and I told her that if he wasnt here by 12PM I would have to leaveLuckily he was there before 12PM so I could go to work on timeHe had to order parts and would come back when they were inOn Sunday at 6:43PM I got a VM that said they would be there on Monday from 12:to 2:So I called the next morning and I will admit I was very angry as I dont understand why or how its so hard to accommodate a hr windowI asked for a Manager and none was availableShe would not let me speak to the scheduler and eventually it got heated and I spoke with MikeI let him know that they keep making appointments for times I cannot makeI let him know that he can pick a day Mon thru Friday from 8am to 12pm and it will be fineHe said no and I said well just put it on a post it note and when you do have a day with a to spot just let me knowHe said no againAt this point I told him to cancel my appointment and if they wouldnt schedule a time that was convenient for me then I would just call Whirlpool and let them know and hung upI called Whirlpool and they gave me a different company to useIf you are a working person I would not recommend Ken's as they refuse to schedule appointments that work for you and only call after 6PM the day before and tell you what time they will be there and thats that

I have had three appointments send for this company the first one I told them I was unable to make second one never showed third time I calledThe lady I spoke with *** was very rude and did not seem to want to help me to resolve the issueShe even hung up on meNever have I seen such poor customer careEveryone I have talked with in this company has been highly rudeI would not recommend this company to my worst enemy Down right horrible!!!

I would highly recommend Ken's Appliances The tech was on time, curtious and went right to work and fixed my dryer I would definitely call the again with any issues!
