On the morning of July 2018, I took my *** *** to Ken’s Auto Center, requesting service to perform the following maintenance actions:
Install a clutch kit (all parts provided)
Extract and replace one broken bolt (bolt also provided)
I observed the technician take my vehicle on a standard road test Shortly after departing, I noticed a number of problems with the ***:
Reverse lights inoperative
Backup camera inoperative
Air Conditioning inoperative
Center dashboard vents inoperative (no airflow)
Thermometer inoperative
Turn signals inoperative (left and right, front and rear)
Speedometer inoperative
Airbag inoperative (warning indicator on)
Center console Abnormal: not seated correctly (about a one-inch gap between console and dash components)
Gear noise audible inside the cabin (abnormal)
The problems were obvious and should’ve been caught during the road test
The next day, Ken’s Auto Center fixed all the problems, with the exception of the gear noise
