Ken at Kens Auto Service in Balston Spa went above and beyond providing great service I bought a Honda Civic from him and had a couple problems within the first few weeks....Ken took care of everything without question, in a timely manner, and without asking for more money I was extremely impressed, not just because my warranty was over and he still fixed the vehicle, but also because I paid cash in full when I bought it, and he still wanted to make sure the car was at its best for me I will definitely be going back for my next vehicle and I will definitely tell everybody I know to go to him It's very hard these days to find a honest car dealer/mechanic I'm so happy, love my car! !!!!!
