I had a piano that needed to be moved on Monday August 6th and I called and spoke to Kevin on Friday August 3rdHe was very helpful and got the pick up and delivery addressesThe crew was there when they said they would be and delivered it when they said they wouldThe piano was so heavy but the young men that delivered it never complained and were extra careful getting it off the truck and into the houseThey were all so nice and professionalI would definitely use them again if I ever need to moveI highly recommend them as well

I booked Motived Movers to pack and move my things to have home re-piped I was charged about $for initial move On the return the (2) men crew was late due to an earlier job running over (showed about 3:30pm when requested at 1:00pm) Then they went to storage first instead of my home (I requested home first) I asked for original crew (they knew how they packed things)I was sent a different crew They finally get to my home (tremendous traffic on Hwy 280, thus my request to start at my home) Then an hour later said they had to rush because of driving violationsI said I was quoted (3) people and don't rush my job (my furniture is new)They called the office and spoke to rude disrespectful Jonathan They gave me the phone, when I started to speak he began talking over me (speaking while I was speaking) Then said he

Awful serviceIt took them two hours to figure out how to place my flat screen tv's on the truckThese are professionals and they took two hours to figure that alone outThey placed a wrought iron table with curved sharp legs next to a mattress and when it cut through they didn't want to accept responsibility for itThey scratched my dressers and cracked a solid oak dresser even with furniture pads on themThey placed my glass table top on top of a dresser and it fell down when it was unloadedI wouldn't call them to move a safety pin after this experienceThe excuses given to me say that they dont careLast time I'll ever support this businessThe movers actually stood around for the two hours while they were supposed to place the tv's and made no apology for wasting time doing itThey did not properly pack my glass dining room table top between the mattresses like every other moving company, they just left it free with the hope that it wouldn't breakRelease of liability is applicable when the movers don't screw up the move before you drive offTo say its not our fault cause we didn't drive it is complete crapYou got paid to load it properly and didn't do thatI could've done a better job loading the truck myself

We haired the movers to move us on Friday May 26, This is the Friday before Memorial DayThey came and moved us from one house to the other from 1pm to 6:pmThe rest of that day we had to move all the items that they would not take on their trucksWe were up till 1:am Saturday moving thisWe then went Saturday morning to get one last load so that we would be out of the houseWe worked on unpacking the rest of the weekend and into the next weekIt was a holiday weekend so the majority of businesses were closed on MondayI thought the movers would be the same wayWe call Tuesday to let them know that we had some lost items and damagesThe lady took our information and said she would have the manager call usThe items lost were some book case shelves and a travel jewelry caseThe bookcase cost $to replace at Walmart and the travel case cost the same
My husband and I had Matt, Chris and Adam do our move for us, and we cannot say enough good things about this crew! Matt, Chris and Adam were extremely hard workers and were so careful with all of our furniture and itemsThey all were kind, easy to talk to and made our moving day so easy!
