yes this vehicle was towed in to Kens Kars IncAnd after testing had a battery installed at Customer also stated that the check engine light is on when vehicle ranScanned system and installed cam and crank sensors per codesThe customer neglected to inform Kens Kars that the vehicle had a
stalling problem until I suggested the possibility that the vehicle appears to be running out of fuel and was unable to test driveRegardless Kens Kars did repair the stalling problem or the customer would not have been driving this vehicleThe short test drive that Kens Kars was able to take, noted that the vehicle need a hub bearing and was installed for Than also noted that front brakes needed to be replaced at The costumer did request a used car check out and an oil changeVisually checked out vehicle and informed customer that due to the higher prices of waste oil removal Kens Kars incdoes not do oil changes and that they need an oil changeSo I ask you why would you take a trip anywhere when you asked for an oil change and you did not go and get your oil changed?

Kens Kars did a used car inspection on your vehicleYou were not charged or or as you previously have statedYou were charged for brake replacement Let me remind the customer that their vehicle comes with standard equipmentNumber oneAn oil change reminder lightNumber two an oil pressure gauge and or lightAnd also an oil level sensorIt is unfortunate that these items do not shut off the vehicleThese items are monitored or ignored at the owners discretion

I am rejecting this response because: The car was towed to Kens Kars due to stalling but I thought it was due to a bad battery as the battery was tested by triple AAA prior to be towed to Kens*** informed me that it needed new battery and cam sensorI told *** I wanted a full used car check done so I could address any and all problems with the vehicleAccording to my receipt *** states "used car check list completed - found only brakes needed replaced$95.00.
