Purchased carpet from Marett Carpet poorly installedProblems included very visible raised seam going down the center of main living area of home; carpet cut too short and shows a frayed edge approximately feet long along baseboard in dining areaIt is short by about one inch from baseboardCarpet laid in two different directions where poor seam was laidInstallers also knicked walls all the way down into the drywall in various locations in our home THey also left black hand marks everywhere they touched our white trim and doors throughout the house LEft a huge mess!
Carpet is made of Olefin which is a nylon material used mainly in carpets for its stain resistant ability as liquids do not absorb into itCarpet was sprayed with a Scothguard material which obviously is not aborbing into OlefinThis is what we have rubbing off of our feet, leaving a filthy filmWe were only advised of this by our salesman Gary Kay after we called to complain about it, never before we purc
