This is completely innacurate ! I was given 49,first draw and between 10,in dumpsters and in cleanup of basement, Garage, and the entire contents of home that's 16,dollars ! The remaining amount went towards the reconstruction of heavily damage Garage and house from FireThe garage roof was completely reconstructed with a rumpus room built above! % of roof and attic was burnt in main house, demo and reconstruction of maim structure , and entire house was stripped down to studsAll structural problems were fixedNew meter socket installrd, and power turned back onThis ate up the rest of 1st draw , and 20,of 2nd draw [redacted] then argued he was being taken for money at which time we sat down and discussed An invoice was given to him to show what was spent , material & Labor to date! Once that happened he continued to show distrust so i.have home back 20,of 2nd draw of money including an extra 15,not to mention the he took from 2nd draw for appliances He got back a total of 39,back from me and what he did with that money I have no clueHe states the appraiser says the house is only at 30% and needs to be at 40% to get his next drawI signed an agreement taking me off as contractor! Because 16,went to dumpster and cleanup we could only go as far as we could! I don't owe another dime and we did the work up to what has been paid out for materials and laborIt was stated in estimate for cabinets yet [redacted] wanted to purchase 15,worth of kitchen cabinets He wasn't being realistic! [redacted] is the General Contractor , he pulled the permit, I never had a contract with ***! The only thing I've ever given was an estimate to his bank for his 203k loan!

*** is correct I was the general contractor*** most certainly did sign a contractThis is called a buyer/contractor agreement which is proof that I can provide from *** Community Bank*** claims he’s a small business and for someone who has a small business but should have his paperwork in orderBased on his invoices he provided to the bank two checks we signed which I can provide outlines what’s he was supposed to do and didn’t as I stated before.*** provided me an invoice which was not even legit to business standardsIt was basically a *** document with no hard copy invoices of what he paid forI requested copies of invoices before we met to see where the money was spent and he claimed his printer was downHe claims he spent $15,on dumpsters and never have I’ve seen an invoiceAlso the roof, he hired someone who he claims did $which included material and laborI asked for the invoice *** refused to show proofThe roof continued to have leaks and I had to pay an additional $to repairI called him to inform about the leak and he Claimed it was because it didn’t have sidingAfter getting a second opinion and getting it repaired without adding siding I had no more leaks.Keep also I mind in did my due diligence and found out that he charge me an extra dumpster after verifying with the company.Again poor practices by a small business*** claimed he made a mistake on the numbersThen he had the nerve to text me and ask me why I was checking his numbersI explained to him that this is a big project and I like to know what my money is going. The only hard copies invoices I’ve ever received from *** are the electrician bill for $a portable toilet $a Boom Lift Equipment Rental $The remaining $20,given back brought the house to 30% which I can provide with legit invoices along with his *** word created invoices. When I explained to him that the bank said we were only 30% complete he claimed he had no money left. After receiving a stern message from my lawyer to sit down and discuss the invoice he provided to the bank, he immediately replied to my lawyer and said via email, Tell *** I’m going to give him $15,dollars, not because I did anything wrong. I was able to get $15,dollars using a lawyer as a tactic to recover some of the missing money. *** did sign a mechanical liens agreement meaning I don’t owe him moneyThis didn’t mean down the line if I found others others problem with the house that I could go after him. This clearly showed that *** was withholding money from the projectIt’s common sense any business who believes they did nothing wrong wouldn’t just cough up $15,dollars and walk away without a fight. So now *** is claiming we had no contractIf you read his statement he says he does the job contradicting himself that he didn’t sign a contractPlease stop denying that we did not we did have a contract I can get it from the bank without a doubt*** likes to tell stories and not cannot back up the facts
