My experience with Ken was excellent I spoke to him several times over the telephone regarding my All-In-One desktop computer and each time he provided me with assistance Ultimately, I had to take my computer to his shop for repair In one day, he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it My computer runs like a new machine I would contact him again if I should incur any problems in the future I would highly recommend Ken
