Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have most of the text messages saved on my phone stillOnly after being ignored and hung up on did I become irritatedMy language was not reprehensibleAlsoYesAs I statedI was asked if I could bring it inWhen I stated that they had said this, I also asked where I would stay while it was being servicedI was told that it wasn't their problemAll they could do was look at the camperAlso stating they have no idea why it was in this sort of shapeThey stated it had been thoroughly cleaned and tested and ranAnd yet they also apologized later saying their "cleaning lady had been sick that week", and that may be the result of the cleanliness issuesI also worked Monday through SaturdayTaking time off of work wasn't really an optionYesThere was a five minute preliminary walk throughDone with the salesmanNot one of the make ready or mechanic personnelI had noticed some cleanliness issuesBut considered it to be a small affairI was unable to test the AC, the microwave, or the electrical systemI was told repeatedly that there had been "tons of work done to it." YetThere is a make ready checklist still in the camperListing items still to be doneSuch as the shower doorWhich does not closeAlsoThe second time someone came to service the camper, it was one their in house mechanicsWho explained to me over the phone that the camper had not been ready, or properly repairedThat the walkthrough hadn't been done correctlyOr the non working lights would have been noticedThe propane leakWhich I still haveAnd the underneath side sideWhich is not insulatedAnd the release handles which were still covered up by the lining that had been put onHe told me "they do this crap all the time and I'm sick of it." That person also apparently quit his job a week laterWhen I called back with other issuesAnd later, as I statedTo the salesman named ***The tires were of differing sizesIt was only the second time the camper had been movedOne tire especially was undersizedThis was not something I noticed until it was too lateWhen the underside tire blew out, also blowing out the tire behind itAnd the spare tire was completely dry rottedI have all of the tire issues documented and recorded on my cell phoneThe blown out tires caused lots of damage to the camperAnd major inconvenience as it had to sit on the side of the road for almost three days before I was able to get the two tires replacedAs to the "comprehensive service plan"HaEvery time I've called them, it's either an issue they're unable to attend to, or I should call the dealershipThe roadside assistance that comes with itOffers three hundred in "towing"But not for tire repairTherefore if the tires are blown out, the camper cannot be towedI have a witness as wellThat was there for the entire purchase process and pick upAnd the after "repair" workAs well as the texts and numbers to the complaints I registered with the finance guy and the first mobile repair tech that was sent out AlsoThere's no possible way the camper was completed on the 29th of FebruaryThere was no 29th this yearAlso I had the insurance set up prior to completionMy due date on my insurance is on the 27th of every monthTherefore I had already purchased the insurance and had it prior to any issuesOther issues include leaksFaulty and broken vent coversThe cable from the antennae is rottedThe speakers were listed as "surround sound" but it isn'tThe add on to the island didn't attachI was told I could come back later to get the items to repair it myselfMost of the Windows had the curtains ripped outLiterally torn outI was told I could purchase and install new ones laterI stated that I had assumed that I would have been notified there were no curtains or that something would have been done prior to my picking it upBasically it's a list of unresolved issuesPoor communicationAnd I feel like, it got sold to you so it's no longer our problemJust like how the motor mount in the front that raises and lowers the legsIt had simply been glued onYou can see it visiblyI was unaware until after I had it, and the glue broke looseAs to personal cell phone numbersThose were given to meIt's not like I just randomly pulled them out of the airHaThese were given to me to have better contactButAs can be seen by the unanswered texts and list of issues, it had no bearing on resolving the issue or even an attemptThe last time I had calledI had a lengthy discussion with ***, the salesmanHe admitted these were valid concerns and issuesHe said he would talk to his boss, ***, and call me backI told him that after getting the tires fixed I would bring it in for repairs and replacementHe said that sounded like a good idea but that he needed to clear it and would get back to meI called three more times over the next week but never received a reply of any kind Regards, [redacted]

Dealer Statement, On 02/23/Mr [redacted] applied for credit to purchase an RV from usOn 02/25/he signed his contract on the travel trailerWe could not let him take delivery of the travel trailer until 02/27/because there was not an insurance policy in place until 02/27/The logistics of him selling his camper was his procrastination of getting insurance on the trailer he purchased from usWe clearly state that we do not offer a mobile service on RV'sHe would complain about the problems but would not bring his RV into us for repair, so we contracted a mobile service tech to go out to where his travel trailer was locatedThey advised him that he needed to bring his trailer into the shop where it could be repaired properlyAfter our efforts he left ugly nasty messages on personal cell phones claiming there needles and large amounts of trash in the trailerOur service department has documentation signed by Mr [redacted] where he did a walk through inspection with our service manager and approved everything on the trailer including the interior and exterior condition of the RVHis loan on the travel trailer was a subprime banking deal with the interest rate of 17.75% interestKens RV received funds from the bank for $There is a service policy in place on the RV through a major extended service policy companyThe language he used are not repeatableHis payoff on the trailer, and how much the payout over months is two totally different thingsHis payoff is $as of today 11/17/His total payoff for the total months at 17.75% interest would be $We do not receive any income off the interest on the loan from this deal it is a high interest rate based upon the credit score of the consumerThe above mentioned travel trailer was ready for pick up on 02/29/one day after he signed the contractWe received insurance on 02/27/Service department closed the $service ticket on 02/26/This is when the trailer was ready for pick upTicket # [redacted] work order # ***The consumer did not pay for work performed on the trailerWe charge the make ready to our costAgain I mention that the Mr [redacted] had a walk through inspection showing all things that are gone through on a check list that was signed by him before taking possession of the trailerEnclosed is the customer walk through checklist with the signature of Mr [redacted] Some of his complaints may have some validityHe did have a few issues but they would have been easily and completely resolved with a little cooperation from Mr [redacted] We are a valid, well run RV dealership that is completely consumer driven with many repeat, and happy customersThe above mentioned trailer still has warranty on it but he has never scheduled an appointment to bring it in for service or repairs, therefore it is impossible for us to repair or service any issues with the trailerAgain enclosed with this letter is the names off the ticket is the referenced trailer and Mr [redacted] signature agreeing that he was shown everything and it was in proper working condition before he took delivery of the trailer
