We refunded $first by credit card on 5/8/then by check on 8/3/as patient was crying fraud. We refunded a total of $710!! She has been paid twice!!

[redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me in that I have received $355 ONCE, not twice as their response indicates.
I would urge Dr. K[redacted] and Dr. R[redacted] to personally investigate this matter fully. I asked Leah, the business manager, to have their credit card merchant pull all transactions from 5/8/15 to prove that the refund was not issued to any card I hold or ever held. She said she cannot do that. I know that our credit card merchant at work will help us fully to resolve any disputes. I also suggested to her, that she charge back the $355.00 to the original card she refunded the amount on. She said she is unwilling to do that too. I told her the card does not belong to me, nor anyone I know. So someone out there has a bonus $355 compliments of Kenai Vision Center. Sincerely, [redacted]
