On October 29,2016,I purchased gas in the store by the register at J&K Food Mart(Chevron)located at Anderson RdTheir credit card machine double charged me $a pieceI spoke to the cashier and he informed me to make a copy of my transaction and credit card transactionI submitted this information to the owner of the storeHowever, I was told that he was not responsible for the machine double charging my credit cardI spoke with my bank and was informed that the problem occurred on the store Chevron endThe manager did not try to defuse the situation or reimburse me my money for gasI made several other transactions that day and was never charged twiceI was patient enough to wait until the manager viewed a copied on personalized bank statementThe conclusion is that I would not receive my money back
