I am rejecting this response because:
Attached is a screenshot of the website. It makes a clear statement "Above is a full list of the new 2017 Honda vehicles that are currently available on the lots within Kendall Honda!" (I added the bold) The sales person told me it is a common practice for "in transit" and already sold vehicles to be shown on the website. The website that shows they "are currently available on the lots within Kendall Honda!" when they are not. If a car had recently sold, this would be acceptable as I understand websites are not usually updated with real time information. In the case of the vehicles I was looking for, they have never been on the lot and will not be available as they already have deposits on them. It is clear that either intentionally or accidentally this website is misleading and needs to be fixed.

We will double our efforts to examine and review all of our websites to make sure that we have accurate and reliable information for customers to review their product of interest. As our company we have always strived to earn the customers business on the basis of an ethical approach; not by means of deception and misrepresentation. Once again we are sorry and apologize that you came into the dealership based on any inaccurate information that you read on the website.
