further issue cited in customer statement.  We have made several attempts to contact [redacted] and have invited her to discuss this issue further by phone and email but we have not been able to coordinate a time as of yet.  We would like to apologize to [redacted] for any confusion from this service and answer any further questions she may have as well as assure her about the coolant used in her vehicle.
