Warren from Kendall Plumbing & Rooter and the secretary were very rude, condescending and Warren yelled at me through the entire conversation interrupting me & insulting me as he screamed at me We called back because after they "unplugged one sink" other areas of the house which run on the same line to the septic tank got plugged up We attempted to explain we did not have that issue before they came and that whatever was plugging the sink may just have moved down the line Warren was yelling at me telling me I did not know what I was talking about, and that I was impossible to deal with because I asked that they come back to run the exact same line He continued yelling at me with insults and interrupting me as I continued to request that they come back and run the exact same line, nothing elseWarren hanged up on me telling me he would send someone else When I called back to find out when, he yelled at me telling me that I was impossible to deal with and his secretary would call me Since both of them had already yelled and insulted my husband, I called her to give her my number She was very rude and condescending as well telling me they would charge me for the visit I told her we were only asking that they run the same line again to make sure it was clear She very condescendingly told me that she would call me later and that it was going to be late when they would call me This experience was so bad, that I have taken the time to write this review which I usually don't do
