I am rejecting this response...

because:
Sincerely,
[redacted] This is the statement made by Subaru of Missoula to the Revdex.com.Customer [redacted] filed complaint with Department of Justice / consumer protection.  We responded to her complaint on 8/21/17.  We are not responsible for the cost of repairs to her vehicle. There are some errors in Subaru’s statement.  1.     I did file a complaint with the Department of Justice.  I am allowed to file a complaint there and with the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) at the same time.  The website for the Revdex.com explains the criteria that must be meet for this to be accepted, and this complaint meets the criteria on the website.2.    Subaru did not respond to me or to the Department of Justice on 8/21/17.  I have received nothing from them.  The Department of Justice did not receive anything as of 8/25/2017.  I have an email from Dawn Cowan from the Department of Justice stating that Subaru will respond on 8/31/2017.  Subaru’s statement to Revdex.com is just not true.3.    Subaru failed to detect the damage in the transmission on May 24, a month before the transmission exploded.  Clearly they are responsible for the damages they caused to the transmission.

Review: I was mailed a notice that a part in my car had been recalled. I contacted Subaru of Missoula right away and made an appt for the falling week. This being the third time I've dealt with the service center all of which where Horrible expierence!! This particular time I arrived early driving 50 miles from where I live not interested in spending part of my day off waiting but ewilling to do what I had to to get it fixed and my car safe again. They checked me in showed me to the waiting room and twenty minutes later a man approached me asking if the impreza was mine. He tHan told me that there was no part there for me to fix my car?!?! I told him I called a week ago and no one once called me to tell me anything?!? He told me recall parts are different and their parts arrive within 48hours but recalled parts take way longer, which confused me considering it's a safety recall you would figure it would be a priority and definitely doesn't excuse it taking over aa week! The guy even made a point to tell me multiple times they dropped the ball but made no attempt to make it right. This again is the 3rd time I've dealt with this kind of unprofessionalism from them! The first time is a whole different story that involved them taking over a week to replace a part and me fighting with the front desk help due to him being incredibly condescending and rude. I was referred to Subaru of Missoula by Lithia Toyota where I bought my car after a light came on and they discovered it was the Cadillac converter. My car was under warranty and had to be serviced through the Subaru dealership. When I arrived the guy behind the counter was so rude!! I was already upset because my new car was having trouble but than there's this guy telling me they're going to hook my car up to the computer and if it comes back being something else it would cost ME $90+!?! I was confused because I was told that had already been done but the guy insisted that "out of all his years working on these cars that part never goes out and he bets it's not it" I was mad at that point but agreed to continue hoping Lithia was accurate and I would be out the money. Thankfully they were and I made an appt to come back so they could order it fomein. I went back a week or so later and they took the keys which I explained we would just walk around and hopefully find a place to grab a quick bite to eat. 4 hours pass and no call... we than thought it has to be getying close we walked back and there was my car in the parking lot?!?I walked in when I was met with the attitude of the man behind the counter when I asked why he didn't call me and he explained he was busy?!?! Really?!?! Does customer service and professiprofessionalism count at all when theu are hI ring staff?? I am so disappointed with how I've been treated and the amount of time gas and effort I have lost due to they're incompetence. I'm looking into taking a loss and trading my car in just to avoid having to deal with them every again!!Desired Settlement: I want all my gas refunded that has been waisted on my multiple 100+ miles round trip visits to Subaru of Missoula. I also want my safety recall part to be ordered and ficed immediately! I commute everyday 5 days a week and I need to know my vehicle is safe and running properly!!
