***First off, I'm sorry to hear that your car buying experience at Kendall Subaru did not meet your expectations I have spoken with the Managers involved and have reviewed the deal What I found was that Kendall Subaru did not pull your credit prior to receiving your written
authorization (signature) on the credit application Kendall Subaru only pulled credit one time each for you and your husband It was then sent to several lenders that we thought could get you the best rate, but we did not get any approvals It was sent to more lenders, in total, before we received an approval Each lender independently pulls credit, but it is highly unlikely to have negatively impacted your credit score as it would have been recognized as an "Auto" pull as long as it was pulled in a relatively short period of time Because you were listed as a co-buyer and signed the retail installment contract that the lender funded, we don't have the ability to take you off of your loan You will have to contact the lender to get that accomplished If you want to get into a different vehicle, we would like to help you If there is anything else that we can do to make you a satisfied customer, please let me know.Andrew B***CFOKendall Auto Group***

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:My credit was pulled on July 6th by Kendall Subaru, and again on July 9th by multiple lenders. I did not sign anything on or before July 6th. My first interaction with Kendall Subaru was when was forced to sign all of the papers on July 15th, and that was done in person. If there is a different date on the paperwork, then it is forged.
