I was charged for the block heater 180 dollars but they did cut me a check for a new windshield and am getting that replaced

Customer was contacted 10/3/2017. Customer shared experience with the general manager. The customer and general manger were able to come to terms and resolve the issue.

We apologize for the length of time it took to repair your vehicle. I understand that you've picked up the vehicle. We did intall the block heater at no charge and supplied you with a loaner vehicle after your insurance stopped paying for a loaner. That being...
said, we will give you a credit for a windshield replacement as a goodwill gesture for having your vehicle for what must have seemed like an eternity. I will have our General Manager give you a call to work out the details. Again, we apologize for the delay in getting your vehicle repaired.
