Regarding my complaint against the business: "Q The Tailor", my complaint has not been addressed even percentWhile I am unsure the reason why services were not rendered, my only complaint and concern is that they were in deed not renderedThe Complaint is fairly Simple and can be summed up in a very few short sentences: 1) I purchased tuxedos on April 18, 2015, paying the required $deposit via checkThe check was cashed, no tuxedos were delivered
2) I continued to make numerous attempts at unanswered calls and Face Book Messages ( see attached photos)
3) The Business only responded to me after the Revdex.com complaint
4) What are the business's intentions on giving these children their money Back? It is literally that black and whiteWe paid for somethingWe received nothingA refund is the only course of action needed

I have never had anything like this happen in my 40 years and a tailor. I was devastated to say the least. I thought I was the most hated man in Cleveland . When I was well enough to get back to my shop, I was met by at least 15 of my long time clients. This was encouraging to me but We decided to close the shop. The distinguished and Mrs. [redacted] have legitimate claims and I am refunding their deposits. Mrs. [redacted] does not have the right to a refund. I did 2 dresses for her. I was back in the shop to finish the second one. ( A week before prom) Her daughter went to 2 proms. I met with Mrs. [redacted] sister early Weds. Morning about 8:00 am for the fitting. The daughter did not make it. She came that evening with the mother. The dress fitted beautifully. The Mrs. [redacted] handed me a receipt in which I told her to email it to me. At the advice of my attorney. I AM suing my renter and plain dealer for slander. She listen to my renter and believed a lie. She got everything she paid  for.  I am sending a few photo’s.
