I'm very sorry that your not happy with our response but as stated this issue has been taken care of and is resolvedThere is nothing further to discussWe do not appreciate being called liars facts on our end have been stated very clearly by my employees and I trust their judgementAgain I apologize if your not satisfied but we went above and beyond our protocol to satisfy you, guess you can't please everyoneI have attached a picture of our sign to show it is clearly stated and easy to readIt's not our fault if you don't pay attention to your surroundings

ALL lies!!!obviousky the person writing the response was NOT thereNobody explain the policy of taking down the antennas to meThe first car wash that would make me do itUsually the emoloyee would do it or at least would bring it upMy antenna is not operated from inside of the car and had to be manually taken downThereis only one sign they that not possible to see while sitting in the car as its on the left-hand side and being blocked by the employee's headThe line about the antennas is the forth from the top and there is not enough time to read the whole list, plus they have at least three other signs and the whole picture is very busy, not enoug time to real all the signsThe employees don't advise or check the carsI did NOT call anybody names it's a blunt LIE!!! I was very niceI was on vacation when they called and I TOLD the guy Mike about it as he didn't receive the order in time before I left as promisedThe guy MIKE fully committed to repairing the antenna, he even discussed with me the way he would do itWhen I came on the 20th he said he couldn't do it because "the tech wasn't there"Another lieThe person I met before was extremely obnoxious and said "you were lucky you got Mike, I wouldn't do anything for you"I went to the service and they charge $to replace the antenna I want this Keniwolth Lube to refund the wash money, stop lying and fix my antenna Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted]

This issue has already been resolved, the customer in question came into our carwash for a wash that dayWhen you pull into our wash we have signs right on the entrance that instruct customers to remove or put down their antennas and fold in their mirrors before washing and that we take no
responsibility for any damaged antennas or mirrors, this is our policy and is clearly stated on our signsAs such the customer did not heed this and remove her antenna as per our policy and the result was her antenna broke off coming through the washWhen the customer complained to us upon seeing her broken antenna, I went outside with her and viewed the broken antenna, I explained our policy on this issue as well as showed her the signs in question, she stated she didn't see the signs, but they are very clear and front and center, can't be missedAfter explaining this to her I took it upon myself to try and go above and beyond to keep my customer satisfied as I regularly do, and told her you know what, heres what I'm gonna do for you, and I offered to buy her a new antenna, never did I tell her I'd repair it I just said I'd get her the partAt this time the customer was pleased and agreed, so I took down her information and the vehicles information and I ordered the partI called her aproxweek later when the part came in to let her know, there was no answer and I left her a message that the part was in and she was welcome to pick it upThe customer never called back and then showed up about 1/weeks after that to pick it up, I was not there that day and as such my other manager gave her the partAt this time she demanded that my employee also perform the repair as wellMy employee explained to her that, that was not what was discussed and agreed upon, and again explained our policy in relation to these incidents to her and that she was lucky that I didn't enforce that policy that day and just leave her with nothing, as we certainly were entitled to doThe customer then became irate and began rudely calling my employees names and suchMy employee told her I'm sorry you feel that way but there nothing more I can do for youAt no time were myself or employees rude in any way, and we feel we handled it in a most professional way, and went above and beyond what we are supposed to do in these situations, all in an effort to please our customerAs such to us this complaint is not valid and has already been handled
