Mr. [redacted],Good afternoon. Just wanted to take a minute and send you an email, I also left you a voicemail on your phone. It seems there is a misunderstanding concerning your mini split, first thing wanted to address is that we at Kennedy Air did not install your mini split...

equipment,when asked about this broken part from [redacted] who is no longer with [redacted], I suggested that 1. use the contractor that installed it, they may have a labor warranty, 2. the part taken was taken by a [redacted] employee. When contacted recently by [redacted] about this I told him the same thing, we did not install the equipment, [redacted] did ask me about a part but we never had or saw the part in question. I again told him to get thecontractor that they used to install it. I emailed [redacted] asking him to contact you, I guess I should have done it myself.I understand the confusion and would like to speak with you aboutit. I did see your complaint on the Revdex.com and that is why I am writing to you, Westand behind everything we do, if this was my jobthese circles would not have happen. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.My original complaint was erroneous in that I was wrong about which contractor did the original work.  Mr. Bruce Kennedy has kindly agreed to help me find a solution.

I've referred Kennedy Air to several friends in the past two months. I've received call's from each friend, indiviualy, thanking me for the referral and also saying that Kennedy Air responded right away, were very professional and provided outstanding service. Kennedy Air definitely over delivers.

Review: More then one year ago, a rep from Kennedy Air Tech took a broken part (Horizontal Vane) from a LG mini-split that Kennedy had installed about one year earlier. The rep said they would obtain a new Horizontal Vane from LG and install in my unit. I have called many times and left voicemail messages which have never been returned. My general contractor ([redacted]) has also tried to reach Kennedy Air Tech with no success.Desired Settlement: Please deliver the replacing Horizontal Vane and install it so my mini-split works properly.

Called them repeatedly over the span of 2.5 weeks and never got a return call to remedy improper installation of AC unit. Finally got an appointment for 7 am on Wed., 4/23. At 10 am, [redacted] called to say he got his days mixed up and would send his crew out in 1-1.5 hours. 4 Hours later, they're a no-show again and no answer when calling their office. Unreliable, not reputable, unprofessional.
