KBC Exteriors was hands-down one of the best experiences we had with a contractor in a very long time. They were extremely responsive to any inquiries we had and not just during business hours. Weekends, holidays, and whenever.
Mike and Bobby were extremely professional and communicated with us during the entire process. They were present during the new roof installation and were available if we had questions.
Although the quality of the workmanship and materials was extremely important to us, the customer service from KBC Exteriors is what separates them from other roofing companies. Many of the companies we dealt with during the bidding process only seemed to care about a signed contract and high pressure sales tactics.
Kennedy Brothers is a family owned company and they do the intangibles like the owners of the company actually coming to our home and addressing concerns prior to our installation. In my opinion what good is a new rough without great customer service to back up the work performed.
My wife and I do our research prior to any type of work on our home. Kennedy Brothers will definitely be a referral we recommend to family and friends. Thanks again for a job well done and more importantly impeccable customer service.
In 2016 they constructed a new addition and placed an air conditioning /heating unit in it.We used the heating part of the unit with no problems. When it was warm enough to turn the air conditioning on the next year , it leaked under the dry wall.The wall buckled and Kennedy Brothers came out to fix it .Now we are having the same problem.This time the leaking and wall damage is more pronounce. I have tried to call and was told they are out of business.
This job was completed to the customers satisfaction in 2016. KBC hasn’t received an email or voicemail concerning the customers issue with the PTac unit. Since this project is out of the warranty period agreed to by the customer KBC has no legal obligation to service the unit. However, KBC’s standard protocol would be to do a service call to see if theres an issue with the unit and would fall under the manufacturers warranty. The homeowners on this project were very nice and KBC is shocked by this complaint and slander stating KBC was not responsive and out of business. KBC strives to keep our customers happy from project to project and understands the importance of good referrals. Therefore, KBC will continue to do our best to meet and exceed or customers expectations.
