Company contracted personal-care services; is bonded& insured, supposedlran background check. [redacted] stole.Now won't pay unless a conviction. It's wrong.Kennedy sent a [redacted] out to give personal care services on February 27, 28 and March 1st, 2013. The [redacted] was not suppose to be upstairs. She was up stairs. A few weeks later in April 2013. I went to get the U.S. currency from the draw and it was missing. I went through everything to make sure that I didn't misplace it. The only way it could be gone is the [redacted] took it when she went up stairs. I reported it to the police and was reimbursed. Now, two rings were missing also and the company refuses to follow initial procedure of paying upon a police report and want a conviction before reimbursing. The [redacted] is presently in jail on other charges. The intake officer said they cannot make someone say they took something. So this leaves me without my rings, without reimbursement, and without the company taking the promised commitment to take responsibility for sending someone into my home who stole and had several arrests already on their record.
