Review: this complaint involves a customer service issue, refund issue and a billing issue. this is the third time ive been to this restaurant and being disrespected by the employee who pretends to be the owner. so one morning I was passing early and saw the real owner, the first time the owner spoke to him about his behavior he continued to manipulate my order and being rude to me.this time after I made order he took my payment. after my order is done, he refused to give me a soda that comes with the meal because he said its not included,so I offered to pay with my CC, he refused to take my payment. one customer wanted to pay for my soda and I definitely refused. so I asked for my refund. he stated that he will not give me a refund and im wasting his time and I should get out and never comes back. I demanded to speak with the manager or owner in which he stated that hes not there and and hes never there and hes the one who handles everything.he refused to provide me with a number for him and when the chef came out from the back to see whats happening I asked him for the manager and he just turned back to the kitchen. so I left my order on the counter and spoke with a police officer and he said I have to file a complaint to the owner because this is a business issue.so when I got my statement I realized that he did not refund the money to my card.I told the shop guy this is bad customer service and he said if I dont like it I should not come back there. this is very unacceptable and I was very much angry about this and I need help because he charged my card!!!and disrespected me.Desired Settlement: he should be disciplined! I need my refund and an apology.
