I apologize that the invoice was sent to the tenant instead of the property owner It was not done intentionally, it was mistakenly mailed to the address on the job invoice instead of looking up the history and mailing to the property owner I am sending the bill to the owner today.I am unable to address the "oil leak", I will need to speak to the service technician Regarding this technician, we have never had this complaint before, and his vehicle is the newest Ford of the fleetThank you,Brandi C [redacted]

The manager Joe, has authorized to reimburse Mrs. [redacted] the service call that they paid for in June for $399.00.  Which consisted of the service rate of $99.00 and for 5 lbs. of Freon at $300.00
Again, we value our customers and wish we were able to satify Mrs. [redacted] with both our company office staff and our service technician.
