If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  About a week or more ago I spoke to the Art Institute of Philadelphia Accounting Office and asked for a statement.  Accounting said they would mail it out that day.  I still have not received a statement.  In order to get my son's transcript sent to another school, I had to pay the outstanding balance.  I would like to get a copy of a statement so I can double-check everything with the loans and see what was paid/not paid.
