I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Yes I did have problems the first year and they told me how to reset it They didn't come out and reset as they saidI reset it about four time with in the first yearThe following winter I went to use it and couldn't reset it so I called them and told them of the problem They said from the code that I gave them that the control box was bad and they send someone out to replace itThe guy that they were sending out name was Trippy That never happened even though I called them several time they didn't come outI called them four to five times every year since Early this year I called another company in Binghamton NY and told them what was going on and they said that the furnace was under warrant and he gave MrKenndy a control Box for itI called the company that mades the furnance and they told me to call FWNWhen mister Kenndy didn't show or call I called [redacted] back and he got up with MrKenndy about repairing my furnace, and Mr kenndy told [redacted] that he'd tried calling me and couldn't get a hold of meI told [redacted] that wasn't true [redacted] worked as a manger for FWN phone # when I started calling now he's an outside salesman for them The Address for [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Kevin called and stated I installed a boiler for this customer about years agoHe contacted me about the control not working, almost into the next heating season, and we went and took a look at itMy guy had it working, it was resetWe told him if it was not working call us backI know he
called again after that but when we went out there no body was aroundHe called months ago again, about the control, I did not speak with him as the control is out of warrantyThe person who would be servicing his unit regularly could handle the repair and would have picked up on the repair when it was servicedIf he has not serviced it yearly since it was installed, the warranty would be voided per the manufacturerWe have not serviced the unit for him

Mr. Kenndy about repairing my furnace. , and Mr kenndy  told [redacted] that
he'd tried calling me and couldn't get a hold of me. I told [redacted] that
wasn't true. [redacted] worked as a manger for FWN phone # 607 724 3170 when I
started calling now he's an outside salesman for them .  The Address

[redacted] from [redacted] told me that my system was still under warranty, he supplied Mr. Kennedy the control box because he installed the system and is an authorized repair man for that system, he also installed the furnace, FWN is an authorized  distributor for that system.  I got a phone number off the operator's manual for [redacted]50  any they gave me the phone number to FWN where [redacted] at that time was  the supervisor  for FWN and he told me that the furnace was still under warranty at the time I called him.   I only had used the furnace for two moth the first year, and when I tried it the second year it wouldn't work I called Mr. Kennedy  He had me read the number that was flashing in the control box and I gave it to him and he told me the control box was bad and they'd be out to replace it. He never did even though I called him several times , he always said he'd fix it for the first two year  but didn't. After that I couldn't get him to answer the phone.
