A part is missing from my car and the repair place said that I have to pay to get it replaced. The towing company *** said the part was on the car when they left.
Replacement It's the cap that cover the towing hook on the bumper
I just received this complaint in the mail. I am very frustrated by this whole situation. *** is coming after the wrong company in this situation. We received the vehicle towed into us. Upon receiving the car- the tow hook was still in the car (the cover has to be removed to put the tow hook in), We repaired the car and went above and beyond fixing things under warranty. We never had the tow hook cover the towing company had to remove that to tow it to us. I also went above and beyond when she came by, and had one of my employees search her car to see if the towing company might have placed it somewhere in the car. The part is VERY inexpensive (10 dollars). She needs to be writing negative reviews on *** and Revdex.com complaints about the towing company who is at fault here. We never touched the tow hook cover.
