We have used Kennedy Pest Control monthly for a number of years They are extremely reliable and we have been impressed with the company, its efficiency & employees We currently have Logan for service and we are very impressed with him He's dependable, always shows up at or before the appointed time, has a pleasing manner & does the job well

Be very careful using this company. We needed a termite inspection and called kennedy pest control. They came out and said no termites but on our front porch had fungus and dry rot and would need to be replaced.We were qouted 395.00 to fix, our quote says replacing all wood but not paint. A week later when they came to replace it Alex had no clue what he was supposed to be replacing after I showed him he replaced one little piece of wood and asked if I had the paint to paint it (my paint). I ask him why they were not replacing all the wood and he said that was the only part that had the fungus. Two other spots were marked from charles that was not replaced. After calling they said well we quote it out as worst case possible and took off 100 dollars. What????? So I'm not sure if Alex or Charles was lying but they both said two different spots had fungus. And we were told if the work is done early enough in the day we can sign off same day, work was done at 9:30 and they said no we will sign it off tomorrow. um ok another lie I guess. I dont believe there was any fungus at all which is why I'm calling another termite comapany to come and take a look at it.
