Be very careful using this companyWe needed a termite inspection and called kennedy pest controlThey came out and said no termites but on our front porch had fungus and dry rot and would need to be replaced.We were qouted to fix, our quote says replacing all wood but not paintA week later when they came to replace it Alex had no clue what he was supposed to be replacing after I showed him he replaced one little piece of wood and asked if I had the paint to paint it (my paint)I ask him why they were not replacing all the wood and he said that was the only part that had the fungusTwo other spots were marked from charles that was not replacedAfter calling they said well we quote it out as worst case possible and took off dollarsWhat????? So I'm not sure if Alex or Charles was lying but they both said two different spots had fungusAnd we were told if the work is done early enough in the day we can sign off same day, work was done at 9:and they said no we will sign it off tomorrowum ok another lie I guessI dont believe there was any fungus at all which is why I'm calling another termite comapany to come and take a look at it
