Review: Good afternoon my name is anselma lopez. on friday october *, 2013 I was driving to work on the van wyck expres way my car was acting up I felt that something was real wrong so I was able to get out of the high way and drove up to the gas station that I am putting the complain against, when I arrive I told [redacted] the mechanic that I was having a hard time driving the car that I felt the car like stock that I couldn't drive it I also told him that I knew my car transmission was not that great so he took the car in and after a while he came to me and said you need a new fan the one in back of the radiator so I said ok thinking that it was true I went back to work and then I around 1pm I call and ask [redacted] is my car ready and he said yes I was just going to call you, I ask how much was the work and he said $270.00 dollars, after work I when to pick my car and I ask [redacted] did you drive my car is it ok he said yes and said you sure he said yes, so I left to go home which was a drive of almost one hour from the gas station and in the middle of the ride in the highway I though that I was going to died and was also worry of the other drivers in back of me I was able to get out of the highway and my car died on queens bvd I been trying to get my money back and they refuse to help me the manager [redacted] was screeming at me and said to me why did you bring your car here.Desired Settlement: please help me get half of my money back because I believe that they new my car didn't have a chance and they when alone and took my money thats a crooked way to get peoples money also they put my Life and others in danger. To whom it may concern,

The car came to the BP gas station with an open heating problem, we check car in ford of Miss. We found that the over haeting was that the for (radiator) was lack info. We told led that it may possible other problems, that could cast over heating she agree to the price:

We install the for the car was OK.

I took the car for road test at that time I told her that the transmission was acting Bad, She said with the problem ans she said no body told her about white I told her:

If she said that the transmission was bad she was wrong and if she said that the transmission was bad until she was told.

The car was repair for overs heating we didn't do nothing to the transmission and we couldn't determined transmission problem the road test was done. Also she call the shots and told us that if we don't giver her money back that her brother was officer in NY at and that he was going to create a problem with him, my boss agree to refereed her money if the lady bought back my part, and she said that she was going to do that and after. that she told take us. About her brother that was NY. A person like shouldn't meaning in that way.

Now if she new about the transmission we didn't new anything about it. Until we told her.... And dear no way to determined other problem until the car is and road test.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Good evening I just finish reading the funny letter [redacted] wrote and at this moment I am telling you he is just a big fat lire, first I never threaten him or his boss with my brother I did said to them my brother is a police officer and I am going to tell him to help me because you lie to me and also this was his car that had given to me. That was that in regards of him saying that his boss said to bring back the part is true but I said to him how can I bring it if the car is no working are you going to send someone over here at sunnyside and he said the couldn't do that, and about the car overheating is another lie because the problem was that when I was driving the car to work I would put my foot on the gas and it felt as it was stuck, he said that it was overheating and I believe him and that's when he said it was the fan, now regarding the transmission I told you over the phone that I had mention that to him while I was waiting. I just want you to know that I don't agree with the way they took my money it was real wrong there is no reason for him and his boss to put my life and others in danger just because you are hungry for money God is my witness.
