Regards,

Like Janeth, I found Brian through Angies list. He was very quick replying to emails, calls, and texts. We had a few contractors come out to give us bids, and bring at a few samples, and was pleasantly surprised when Brian showed up with a mobile showroom with well over a hundred samples of tiles, carpet, and mosaics. He was upfront with everything, didn't try to up sell me on anything and did his best to give us exactly what we were looking for in our home.

When the work started, his crew was very professional, clean, punctual, and friendly. Despite our entire home being a construction zone, they did an extremely good job of keeping everything as clean as possible during the entire process, and when the job was finished completely cleaned up everything.

The entire process was easy, drama free, and uncomplicated, and they were even done a day earlier than they expected!

I would absolutely recommend Brain to all of my friends, and anyone else looking to remodel their floors.

To whom it may concern,

The items stated in this complaint by [redacted] were not

present at the time of completion. We were in contact with the customer on

several occasions via phone, email and in person throughout the duration of the

project. We also...

walked the home with her before requesting payment at which

time [redacted] and her husband thoroughly inspected the home.  At which time her only complaint was the

grout haze that remained on the floor. There was no mention of any damages to

the property. The next day we made an additional trip to the customer’s home to

clean the floor at which time she again walked the project with us and paid us

stating that job looked good and had no further issues.  Again, there was no mention of any damages to

the home. Approximately 8 days after we had completed the project, we received

an email from the customer stating that we damaged her thermostat, garage

cabinets and window covering. In the 8 days between us completing the project

and walking the home with the customer twice, several other trades had been

working in her the home. The customer assumed that we caused the damages but

provided no evidence that the damages were indeed caused by us. It is quite

possible that the damages were caused by other tradesmen such as the customers

contracted cleaners, painters, chair lift installer, movers or handyman.  Based on the photos she has sent the damages

look minimal and cosmetic, it is possible that the stated damages may have been

present at the time she took possession of her pre-owned home.  Throughout the course of the entire project,

either my field supervisor or myself was present at the jobsite, at no point

did we use or come in contact with her blinds, thermostat or garage

cabinets.  We were contracted to complete the tile floor, which was done within ROC standards.

At this time there is still an open balance of $138 on this contract agreement. The

customer has held final payment because of a separate billing dispute, despite

signing a contract , signed change order and signed final invoice at the time

of completion all of which confirming the amount owed. In conclusion I stand by

the fact that we did not cause the said damages to customers home, however as

an act of good faith I am willing to give the customer a credit of $138 to

resolve this matter.

We were so impressed with Kennedy Tile, from the choosing of the tile to the complete installation. They were all so kind and professional. The entire process of getting tile was painless and pleasant. After calling to schedule an appointment to get an estimate Brian Kennedy came to our home with a mobile showroom. His estimate was thorough and all inclusive. We really liked that they have the tile and the installers in the same quote. The installers showed up exactly as scheduled every day and updated us about their progress daily. They moved the furniture our of the way and moved it back when they were finished. They were professional, knowledgeable, cleaned as they went, and were accommodating to our need to keep a path open to the outdoors for our dogs, throughout the project. The installation was finished a day early and we just could not be happier with our choice in Kennedy Tile, LLC.

Brians company did a complete master bath walk in shower along with floor floor. It turned out phenomenal!!! We are very pleased and will be using him for our next project. His crews are clean, punctual and respectful. Thank you

We contracted Brian and his team to install tile throughout the entire house to replace the existing flooring. They were very professional and easy to work with, and made the entire process very easy. The tile came out looking great and the two minor issues that we pointed out were corrected promptly with no questions asked. They are also very competitively priced. We had a very positive experience and will definitely recommend them to anybody looking to redo their floors.

Hired Kennedy Tile to replace the flooring in my new home, the entire process was extremely painless. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. We are very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again in the future, with other projects.

Review: [redacted] tile installation crew damaged during the time/days of their installation our [redacted], the [redacted] Window Shadings, and a cabinet drawer. E-mails with photos to [redacted] [see below] remained unanswered, thus we request the help of the Revdex.com: From: ....... Date: Thursday, May 22, 2014 11:47 PM To: [redacted] Subject: More unfortunate Damages caused by your Crew in our apartment Size: 1 MB [redacted], am sorry to write you again and this time request that you help us to fix the damages. I wrote to you that a cabinet drawer in our garage's cabinet was damaged. If that would have been the only damage we suffered from your crew's negligence, I would not have followed up on this matter. Today we went back to the apartment to bring some items over, and when we wanted to set the A/C we noticed that the thermostat had been damaged. The front cover has been broken off! In addition, the vertical window dressing in the Master BR [180-degree rotating fabric vanes], which is operated by an automatic remote control. Now we can not close it anymore against the sun, it just goes back and forth. There is NO doubt that these two damages were caused by your crew too, because A. the day before your crew started working in the unit, we had set the [redacted] to a certain temperature AND THE COVER WAS ON THE THERMOSTAT, whole and functioning. See photo 1: original undamaged thermostat; photo 2: Lower left you can see the remainder of the broken off cover; photo 3: shows it even more clearly. B. the [redacted] window dressing [redacted] had closed against the sun the day before too and now, as you can see in the photo, someone must have tried to open it manually with force, so the mechanism and the [redacted] window dressing was damaged. Please see photo 4 on the right-hand side. We expect that you respond as soon as possible as we otherwise will be forced to [could not submit whole e-mail, not enough space.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate if [redacted], whose company has an A+ rating at the Revdex.com web site, would reimburse me for the replacement of the damaged [redacted], for the repair of the [redacted] Window dressing, as well as, the repair costs of the damaged cabinet in the garage. Further Documentation including photos will be submitted upon request.
