The customer received an oil change from Kennedy Tire on 11/22/ He advised us that his car caught fire after leaving our store.We received a call from the customer's insurance company and gave them the information they requested and we have not heard back from them or the customer

I am rejecting this response because: I was told by my lawyer as well as my insurance company to not contact the company If they would like to sit down talk with me I’ll be more than happy to go over to Kennedy tire Company and show them the pictures as well as my receipt and demand a refund if I did not get a refund then we handle things appropriately The reason as to why progressive hasn’t called back is because they’re still investigating the fireThey believe that it was negligence from Kennedy Tire Company with the gas cap not being properly placedI got a new car and all I just simply want a refund of my oil changeIf the company wishes to contact me, they have my information in their systemsI’m also not satisfied as to why the company chose not to contact me after the initial phone call I made when the fire took placeSimply to see if I was ok at the very least They can call me on my cell, they have my phone numberI can redact this Revdex.com complaint when they contact me if they want to speak with me, however I’m not contacting them first because I don’t have too.
