We have numerous emails to both the owner
and the new bookkeeper that clearly indicate the taxes owed had not been paid
Had the new bookkeeper reconciled her bank, her payroll account her ***
file, the payroll in a timely manner these penalties would not have been
incurred by Ms
*** It took Ms*** and the current bookkeeper
almost 1/months to realize that the taxes that they owed were not paid
I do not feel this is my responsibility to pay
