Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The fees were not clearly explained to us upon signing our applicationsOur fee quote sheet we had been given stated the deposit was refundableWe also had to handle erroneous background checks on one of us due to having a common name, and the background company was unresponsive and took over a week to correct, which was disgruntling and also the reason we were not approved quicklyWe also were told the unit was occupied and not available until July which still is not passedThere have been no damages, nor liquidated damages financially to the business, as referenced per their response as the unit we had originally applied to is still rented for another 20+ days allowing the business ample time for a new tenant application to be approvedWe also paid for our own application and background cost via the administrative fee and application feesWe are asking the business to consider this prior to closing the complaintThank you Regards, [redacted]
