[redacted] contacted me to install prefinished wood flooring and 12xtile at [redacted] ***[redacted] as given samples of oak flooring made in USAShe chose a sample and we ordered the flooringWhen the flooring arrived [redacted] was told about the hour Acclimation PeriodAlso was shown the flooring and was asked was this the product she wanted? At that time she said don’t wait hours go ahead and install the flooringIt was then installed.Job was completed and she said it was beautiful and paid the final invoiceweeks after the installationShe called and said it was the wrong sizeI told her I would look into itThe flooring company told me it was the same product number as sample since [redacted] did not let the flooring acclimate she voided the warranty at this point I gave her a warranty on labor.1st attempt to resolve this was to install new flooring in other two areas in her homeI would supply all labor and materials up to $500.00.2nd [redacted] demanded a warranty on flooring I cannot warranty flooring what I did not manufacture and she voided by not acclimating.3rd attemptI asked her to settle this matterShe said contract amountI said it could not be that amountWe ordered what we were told we were very professionalShe was shown the flooring prior and acknowledged it was right[redacted] then left me a very profane phone messageIn front on my children at that point I tried one more time and offered a cash paymentShe refused stating she wants to know about any chemicals in the flooring from china where her dogs are from.We have been very patient in our attemptTo take care of this matterThis is all from a misunderstanding I wish not to have contact with [redacted] she is very rude to myself and employees

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.What I am asking for is proof of purchase for [redacted] ***, 3/4" X 2-1/4", Product #100142 (a code specific to [redacted] ), which was the sample provided to and approved by me prior to installation. Mr. [redacted] has told me repeatedly that he ordered per the sample and that he does have the proof of purchase from [redacted] . Once he provides that, our only dispute is in the width, which is 3-1/4" rather than 2-1/4." According to Mr. [redacted] , that was a mistake made by his supplier. I would also like proof of purchase for the tile. Thank you, [redacted]
