I have emailed this customer regarding the 10% fee that she was accessed upon returning her textbookOur textbook return policy that is both on the back of the sales receipt and posted at each register clearly indicates that we offer a 100% refund/return "within the first days of classes
starting"Classes started at Fresno State on Monday, Aug22ndmaking Friday, Aug26th the last day to return textbooks for a full refundOur policy also indicates that we allow full refunds the second week of classes if the student can provide us with proof of dropping the classIf they cannot provide this, we do access a 10% restocking fee, which is what happened in this caseWe have had this return policy on textbooks over years now
