The issue that has come out of all of this is their lack of transparency with terms. Again, I signed up over the phone and was never told about a...
cancellation policy. Also, trying to find it on the site Ian buried and when I emailed to get any sort of documentation stating they issued this, I received nothing but an email that didn’t contain accurate information. At the end of the day, I settled my payment due to them threatening collections and feel that their lack of upfront communication is a horrible way to run a company. I will continue to let people know to stay away from this place.
Customer was billed in for the last time in December 14th, for active service time.Customer sent the following email on January 8th, 2017:
