This is the second time I hired Ken Kennemur for a big project, and he delivered as promisedI hired Ken to fix and repair a repo mobile home I purchased so that it can be rented outThe mobile home had many issues, and Ken went out of his way to do more than what was listed in our contract agreementNot only did Ken manage to fix and repair everything that was listed in our contract agreement, including other repairs that came up later on, but he also went out of his way in helping me contact the right professionals to make sure my mobile home could be rented outHe helped refer me to a licensed plumber, electrician, AC installer, and inspectorIn addition to that, he also helped find me someone to replace the carpetWithout any of these professionals, my mobile home would never be in a position to be rented outSince I live in Arizona and Ken lives in Texas, it was very helpful and thoughtful of Ken to refer these professionals to meKen made sure to meet these people on site, so that everything can be handled correctly
On the interior, Ken helped repair and replace all damaged sheet rock, doors, trim, broken blinds, and a broken toilet seatHe helped texture all walls, and did an amazing paint job on the walls, ceilings, and doors using super paint
On the exterior, Ken built an 8ft by 8ft deck for the front entrance, and for the back entrance he built a 4ft by 4ft deckHe also helped install hardwood skirtingMany parts on the outside were scraped and caulkedThe whole outside of the mobile home was painted with super paint, and the outside looks like newAll the weeds and grass were killed so that a nice parking slot can be installed with crushed rockKen also helped install a 4ft wide walkway from the parking slot to the front deck
All leftover debris was hauled away, and Ken made sure everything was clean, both inside and outHe even checked all electrical outlets and replaced all light bulbs for his final walkthrough before it can be rented out
I highly recommend Ken for any future handyman jobs that come up, especially paintingHe takes a lot of pride in his work, and the before and after pictures of the mobile home prove it
I hired Ken Kennemur to do repair work and painting on my duplex I purchasedThe duplex had holes in the walls, ripped up carpet, and various other repairs that needed to be addressedKen made my duplex look like new, and made it easier for me to hire a property manager to rent out both units in the duplexKen is thoughtful and easy to work with, and fixes what he says he will in a realistic time frame
Do not use Mr. [redacted] for ANY tile work. Mr. [redacted] was not honest with us and told us he could do shower tile and floor tile. Our shower tile was uneven and not properly spaced. The floor tiles he replaced were improperly installed with a silicone based material instead of actual cement based grout (the company who re-grouted could scrape the "grout" out with a razorblade). The material he used to set the floor tiles was not cement based and so the tiles were actually loose and wobbled when stepped on. The painting on the ceiling seemed ok, however, he stopped all work when we explained we wanted someone else to do the shower tile. When we didn't hear back from him and we needed work done asap, we ended up paying an additional $2400.00 more than what our original total would have been to have another company finish painting (they had not yet painted the walls in the garage, kitchen and living room, doors and trim), repair floor tiles and re-tile the shower. Then, he hired an attorney to BULLY us to pay him more (we paid half up front already). He did not have a leg to stand on because I took pictures of all the issues/incomplete work and had a letter from the other company confirming the tiling issues. We are a military family and because of the delay in completing our house repairs to sell, we had to push back our PSC date!!! SHAME on [redacted] for trying to take more money for shoddy incomplete job and treating a military family this way!

THEY OIL STAINED OUR FENCE IN A BEAUTIFUL GREEN STAIN THAT HE PICKED OUT & THE FENCE LOOKS LIKE A NEW ONE WHEN FINISHED. MY NEIGHBORS LOVE THE COLOR GREEN & LOOKS NICE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. MY HUSBAND IS DISABLED & I DEPEND ON THIS COMPANY TO HELP US OUT IN THINGS THAT NEED TO BE DONE.
