Kenner Cleaners

Review: On April 20,2015,I had 4 pieces of garments put into Kenner Cleaners to be cleaned and starched..Upon picking up items I noticed my garments were still wrinkled with no starch added,on one item (shorts)there were holes in the shorts from being pinned to the hangers.On a brand new pair of pants there was a broken zipper and a few stains.One a pair of capris there was a long strip of discoloration on a cream pair of capris .All garments were white and cream..Out of the four garments 3 were ruined and the owner argued with me as if it was my fault that they ruined my clothes.When I asked for a refund I was denied a refund and was talked to very rudely..I also asked for compensation for the shorts with the holes that cannot be fixed and was also denied again.I was not treated with respect nor were they apologetic for the damages they cost.I would like to have my money back and want them to know I'm very upset and this is no way to treat a paying customer.Desired Settlement: I would like replacement of the pair of new garment where the zipper was broken and compensation for the shorts I can no longer wear because of the holes.and also would like stained capris cleaned from stains
