Review: I paid for a pharmacy technician class for my daughter [redacted]. I had to pay in full before she could take final.Told the week of final money had to be paid. Felt something not quite right with it but daughter wanted to take final and start her service hours.Told when registered that they would help place her in an intern position to earn hours. She would need hours as an intern in retail and hospital.My daughter wanted to get some intern hours before she took the state test for certification. She has certification to be an intern but cananot find a place to practice.We tried to expedite the process so after having a hard time getting in touch with the school I finally got a copy of the affiliation agreement needed to be placed for service hours.Still have not been able to get in touch with instructor to get her help with placement after multiple calls.I contacted a pharmists that I know and he felt uneasy with the lack of information obtained when he called and does not want to or trust a 3 year agreement with Kenner Health Careers.I was told that the school had places to place the students but have not received any information to initiate placement. We cannot get in touch with instructor.Desired Settlement: I want my daughter placed in a location for her to get her service hours or a refund of what we paid for course as they have not delivered what was promised.I feel the school is not following through with their students and that should not be allowed.I paid in good faith and expect my daughter to get what she was promised being helped with placement.If I am mistaken in the information I will withdraw this complaint.
