Review: I did the [redacted] treatment at lepow dental. The dentist who did the work was [redacted]. Toward the end of the treatment [redacted] left and we have a new dentist. We told the new dentist that the gap between the teeth is not close enough it just need to be tighten up like normal teeth. She said it can be done but we have to pay extra. I am confused why we have to pay extra for something that is part of the treatment as we already paid $5300. I talked to the manager at lepow and she told me that treatment is completed. To do what I want then I have to pay extra or find [redacted] as he the one warranty the work. I am extremely angered and feel like being kick around. I paid lepow dental not [redacted]. He left the practice but it should not be my problem. If there is future problem w my teeth then where should I go? This sounds like unlicensed contractor taking the money and blaming the installer. By the way this is a well known dental office. Extremely Disappoint!!!! Don't go to Lepow Dental. If you do work then make sure it is in writing. Otherwise you will be kicked around like a fool.Desired Settlement: I just want Lepow Dental do to do the right thing and take care of customer. It only takes one tray to close the gap on my teeth. Is that too much to ask? AGRRR.........
