Ken is a professional in all aspects. He is friendly, polite and thoroughly understands is trade. He stuck with an intermittent problem I was having with the air handler and through a methodical approach over a couple of trips to my house arrived at the correct solution to the issue. The cost of the repair was also a pleasant surprise. Considering the number of trips and the amount of work Ken did I thought the price was more than reasonable. I would recommend Ken to anyone needing HVAC work done. He will be my HVAC guy until he decides to retire and maybe beyond that.
